Application Fees Details

The application process for RRB Section Controller Recruitment 2025 will be conducted online from 15th September to 14th October 2025 through the official RRB portal. How to apply online

1. Read the official notification and confirm you meet eligibility (degree, age, medical standard).

2. Note key dates: online window 5 Sep–14 Oct 2025 last date for fee payment 16 Oct 2025 correction window 17–26 Oct 2025

3. Go to the official RRB website (use only the RRB links listed in the CEN) and Create an Account with a personal, active mobile number and email. (Account details like mobile/email can’t be changed later.)

4. Log in and fill the online form: personal details, education, preferred RRB/zone and other asked fields — fill carefully (one application per candidate only).

5. When prompted, capture a live photo using your webcam or phone (do not upload an existing photo). Follow the on-screen framing instructions (no cap/glasses, neutral expression)

6. Upload scanned documents: signature (JPG/JPEG — 30–49 KB, min 140×60 px), degree certificate, photo ID, caste/PwBD documents if applicable — follow the file format/size rules in the CEN

7. Pay the application fee online (General ₹500; concession categories ₹250). Keep the payment confirmation — successful payment completes the application. Refund rules and bank details are in the CEN.

8. Review the full form, submit, then download & print the confirmation/receipt and save the confirmation SMS/email.

9. If you spot mistakes, use the modification window 17–26 Oct 2025 (a modification fee applies per change); note some fields (Create Account + chosen RRB) cannot be changed

10. Keep checking the official RRB site and your email/SMS for admit cards, CBT/CBAT dates, and further instructions (document verification / medical will follow later).
